Please note we are unable to take any returns through postage for items that have been bought in stores. 

The postage fee to return the item for a refund will be covered by you.

Once we have received the parcel, your refund will be initiated. It will take 2-3 weeks for your refund to be processed (once the parcel is physically received). 

Meanwhile, if you received the wrong item or a defective one we will cover the cost of return. Please contact our Customer Experience Team to arrange for the parcel to be collected.
