Please note we are unable to take any returns through postage for items that have been bought in stores.
The postage fee to return the item for exchange/refund will be covered by you.
In the case of product exchange, you may purchase it again at our website with Free Delivery Nationwide!
Products that are eligible for a return will be processed within fourteen (14) to twenty (20) days after Decathlon receives it. Refunds will be based on the original mode of payment for the Order of the Products.
Meanwhile, if you received the wrong item or a defective one we will cover the cost of return.
